AMAKA
I designed the key art for AMAKA Studios' inaugural virtual summit, celebrating Pan-African Womxnhood. My illustration captures diversity, vibrancy, and youth, blending Procreate's initial sketches with refined work in Photoshop/Illustrator.

When beginning this key art illustration, I started by building a mood board to ground the concept. The goal was to lean into the event’s messaging while drawing stylistic inspiration from simple typography, bold imagery, rich jewel tones, and patterns influenced by traditional garments.
From there, I developed 3 main characters who each display their own visual traits, different and vibrantly diverse.
